"We understand that important things can come up. For that reason, you can cancel your ticket until June 19th. However, because we plan our logistics based on your registration, we kindly ask that you only cancel for urgent reasons.
If you prefer, you are also welcome to convert your ticket into a donation. This would help us support other alumni who have requested financial assistance so they can attend the weekend as well. :-)"

Family & Children's Tickets

Children up to 14 years old can attend for free as day guests during the weekend. Meals Included.

Ordering tickets for you and your children: Enter the tickets for you and your spouse first in the shopping basket and then add each child ticket in the Shopping basket and then go to checkout and pay for all the tickets together.

We offer childcare when possible (ages 0-10) + nap facilities for toddlers at lunchtime.

Friday: Check-in from 3:00 PM, 6:00 PM Dinner, 7:30 PM Session 1

Saturday: Breakfast from 8:30 AM, 10:00 AM Session 2, 12:30 PM Lunch, 2:00 PM Connect Time or Workshop, 6:00 PM Dinner, 7:30 PM Session 3

Sunday: 8:30 AM Coffee, 9:00 AM Morning Devotional, 10:30 AM Brunch, 12:30 PM Cleanup, 2:00 PM Departure

Wenn ein Sponsor Beitrag eingeht und dein Ermässigungsbeitrag deckt, dann melden wir Dir das. Du musst dann Dein ermässigtes Ticket bezahlen oder bezahlt haben, um den Sponsor Betrag zu bekommen.
*If you struggle financially and need a discount for the Full Weekend Ticket, you can ask for up to 20% discount on the ticket. Just select your needed discount at check out.

*If you are able to sponsor struggling Alumni, you can add up 50% to your ticket to help. Just select the percentage you like to add to your tickets and we pass that on.
